What happens if the traditions of the Far East and progressive Europe are combined?
The cult of the meal and taste for life?
We realized this concept in the “Ogni” gastronomic bar – the only bar in Astana, which became a kind of embodiment of the gastronomic and design mixture of two opposites.
6 MONTHS FROM IDEA TO OPENING
Since 2015, it has become a favorite place for connoisseurs of delicious food and a good atmosphere. Every day the bar lounge is filled with guests who are accustomed to quality rest.
Every weekend there are live performances theme nights and tasting events with invited sommeliers. And in the daytime one can see a children’s master class for cooking one’s favorite dish.
A huge work has been done with the lighting, which can be adjusted according to the desired effect. This significantly saves money when organizing thematic evenings.
Our specialists worked thoroughly on artificial and natural lighting. Stained glass windows up to the ceiling and thousands of small lights create the impression of a holiday and a light mystery, as if you are in the very centre of Europe. Everything shows the culture and spirit of the two continents.
The chef of the restaurant, who came by personal invitation from St. Petersburg, creates European cuisine masterpieces. And cooks from sunny Tashkent deal with the oriental cuisine. Professional equipment was selected carefully. Thus, the real tandoor was brought for the cooking of eastern samsa.
The main surprise for the guests was a gastrodistage, located in the centre of the hall, owing which it is easy to observe the process of cooking. The innovation has significantly increased the interest and confidence of the guests. This also encourages them to experiment and order new dishes, which they did not dare to taste earlier.
